It’s a really unique practice that derives from a mixture of ancient and modern human sciences They combine physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to address specific physical or emotional issues. Each class is tailored to the individual, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic well-being.

Yoga therapy classes can help clients achieve physical and mental balance. During a session students have a chance to connect with themselves, encounter blockages, access own emotions, release what no longer serves, and discover wonderful tools that serve in everyday life. This series of seven classes/meetings explores the concept of chakras, which are energy centers in the body. Each class focuses on a different chakra and can be attended individually or as part of a group. Participants delve into the psychological and energetic aspects of each chakra, learning to identify imbalances and use yoga and mindfulness to restore equilibrium.

Individual counseling sessions provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges, either one-on-one or in group therapy settings. Using various therapeutic techniques, I guide clients in identifying and addressing their unique issues and goals.
